After her dad left the military, her family landed in Eaton, CO—where big dreams had to fight their way out of small-town limits. Tara made her escape to Los Angeles, diving headfirst into the world of beauty. She sharpened her skills in makeup and hair school, even assisting on the hit show Nip/Tuck—a glimpse into the high-stakes glamour of Hollywood. But her roots and her grit pulled her back to Colorado, where she started humbly at JCPenney’s salon floor.

With a few thousand dollars in savings, maxed-out credit cards, and a fire no bank could finance, Tara launched 303 Salons—a brand built on hustle, heart, and an obsession with excellence. Hallie is from South Dakota, where she spent most of her life until she moved to Denver to attend The Aveda Institute. She knew from a young age that hair was her passion, but she also knew she wanted to make an impact in the world. Hallie believes that every interaction has the potential to leave a lasting impact on someone’s life. This is why she loves creating close connections with those around her. She strives to make her salon chair a safe space surrounded by good energy while she gives you the hair of your dreams. She specializes in weft extensions, but also loves creating beautiful blondes. Hallie can’t wait to bring your hair dreams to life!

My name is Alyssa and I specialize in lived-in color and bridal hair! I am a Colorado native who loves all things fashion and beauty. Growing up, I did all of my friends’ hair and makeup for special occasions and I knew this career was something I wanted to pursue. I feel very blessed in my career from going to shows in New York, studying Redken alongside amazing artists & now being at 303 Salon LoHi! My goal is to always create a welcoming space for each client to learn about their hair, and love it! I find so much inspiration in this career, the talented artists that surround me and the amazing clients I see every day. I can’t wait to see you in my chair!

Hi, my name is Christina. I am a Colorado Native, born and raised. My mother was a hairdresser, I was raised in the salon environment, and it has always been second nature for me. My senior year of high school, I attended a vocational program affiliated with my school, which allowed me to attend Cosmetology school for my last year. I started working behind the chair by the time I graduated, in 2003. I furthered my career behind the chair for the next 12 years. In 2014, my son Hudson was born, and I had the opportunity to stay home and raise him. I love making people feel like the best versions of themselves, and seeing the power of looking great, and feeling great! I always want everyone to leave my chair feeling better than when they sat down. Creating lasting relationships and connecting on a deeper level with clients is the best part of my job! I love doing all types of hair, and am always up for a challenge. I love curating an effortless, lived in blended balayage. Hi gorgeous! My name is Jess, and I have been a cosmetologist for over 11 years. My specialties are: Event Styling (including Extension Installation), ‘Lived-in Blonde’ and ‘Red Lights’ with a huge focus on keeping hair healthy and un-compromised in the process.
